Spring is coming

Our family resides in the great white north. It is the beginning of March and our north is still white, although the temperature was above freezing today, so we heard the drip, drip, drip of spring. Yes, the splish-splashing of spring is soon upon us.

With that in mind my husband and and I are dreaming up a homemade play-yard with some scrap wood from his employer. We are excited about our new frugal project for spring/summer.

With plans to start home schooling in the summer/fall, it will be a joy to play on our own creative play-yard, because it's not very fun going to the graffiti filled playground near our home.
